New Line Cinema has acquired the comedy Boob Job from Benderspink and set Michael Markowitz to write the script, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The trade says that the idea was hatched when New Line executive Cale Boyter spoke at Benderspink's recent weekly company lunch where industry members give career seminars.
"Cale told a really funny story about a guy whose wife had gotten implants and it ruined the guy's life," J.C. Spink said. "We all agreed that that would make a great movie."
