I know I'm going to sound like that stupid Boston announcer, but what does it take to get a foul call in this game? The Suns should have been to the line 3-4 more times already this game. At one point Marbury came down the floor, was hammered by two different guys, then had the call on him. Ridiculous.

The Suns have adopted a losing attitude. It's as simple as that. They lose a few close games early on and all of the sudden we can't compete with anybody.

That's Frank Johnson's fault, but it's also Stephon Marbury and Shawn Marion's fault. As leaders of this team, they have to take what Frank is saying and have it translate over onto the floor, and if Frank is telling them to play like they want it, they have to actually play like they want it. It's also Penny's fault, as a captain of this team, but up until 2 games ago he wasn't really getting enough time to make a difference. Now he's gotta step up and do so.

The problem is the offense sucks; the spacing, organization, execution, shooting,.....and the fastbreak is broken.

That translates to the "hang your head" attitude that leads to lack of energy on defense.

There is not much hope when we get down like this because the team hasn't shown they can score points consistantly.

I'm having the worst day. I shouldn't even be watching the game as I think my bad luck is contageous. Feel free to blame me if Stoudamire is seriously injured. :(

How can Frank Johnson not be fired after tonight.

We are getting blown away by bad and average teams.

And apparently Bryan is travelling with the team. This should be Frank's last game with Phoenix. No question.

What more could go wrong for this team? Do I dare ask? I hope Amare Stoudemire's injury is superficial.

Their offense sucks. Their defense sucks.

There is absolutely no off the ball movement on offense. On defense the perimeter players are allowing far too much penetration. It's oftentimes because they are overaggressive and easily faked out of their shoes. Unlike the Suns the other teams are doing a good job of moving into position to get the easy basket when they don't have the ball.

Shawn Marion looks flat out awful. I know it's hard to pick any one player out of this mess, but he sucks now. When the Suns gave him the maximum contract I was skeptical but supportive. He wasn't worth it, but I felt they needed to lock him up. So far this season I'm not sure he would be worthy of the mid-level exception.

36 points at the half!?!?!?!?

If they are going to play this bad, why even show up?

I love the Suns and basketball but doesn't look like either.

It's bad enough that they only scored 36 points, but they gave up 62 points to one of the worst offensive teams in the NBA. The Celtics have 21 points off 15 Phoenix Suns turnovers. And these are bad turnovers. This is not about the Celtics applying a great game. It's about the Phoenix Suns being God awful.

Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue! :)

If Amare is seriously unjured, I think you should be banned from watching the Suns for three games.... but wait, that might be a reward.... maybe you should be forced to watch the next three games from start to finish :D

Let's hope he's not hurt too bad:thumbup:

Well they have 24 minutes to turn it around. JJ took Amare's place starting the half.

Is there some reason that Scott Williams hasn't been in the lineup?

I believe they said he has a stomach flu.

That announcer from Boston is easily the worst in the NBA. He is horrible. Has he been complaining about the officials all night long? The Phoenix Suns have had a few calls go the way, but over all I would see the officiating has definitely favored the Celtics. Shawn Marion has not been playing well. In his defense he should have been to the free-throw line several more times because he keeps getting hit on his shots.

They said Voskul was starting for Williams because he didn't feel well.

They are coming back. Voskul is my hero. :)

If the Suns end up winning this game, I may never watch the first half of another NBA game for as long as I live.
