he would hate him. he hated Kurt Thomas who at least had a respectable mid-range shot, so he would go insane with big ben on his team.

Believe me, big Ben would produce on offense as well as Skinner with Nash at the PG. He even has a nice fallaway jumper around the basket. A team with 4 great scorers in Amare/Hill/LB/Nash to start can easily win with a defensive beast who is only an opportunist scorer. Once DA realizes his alternation to featuring Amare as the primary focus on offense becomes permanent, it's not inconceivable that he'd also see the complementary parts differently.

All great running teams need a guy to rip down boards and start the break.

Showtime was Kareem rippin to Magic and Worthy... filling the lanes.

Getting rid of Ben's contract for Marion might be enticing to the Bulls. If they decide to rebuild, trading Ben/Thomas/Sefolosha/Duhon for Marion/Banks/Marks might be good start.

Now Amare has shown his dominance and smarts on offense, I'm not opposed to having Ben starting next to him, who'd be able to set hard picks for Nash and LB to make himself useful on offense.

The only problem I see is why do they trade for Marion & keep Deng? I would somehow like to come away with Noah in a Bull's deal, maybe include Tucker.
