My favorite comedy isn't on there. I know it is Dark Humor....but it should be there somewhere:

Dr. Strangelove

Hmm. 95% of those movies would never be shown on Bravo. Loses credibility if you ask me. :D

I was surprised about that too. I was also surprised not to see Better Off Dead.

Scoundrels at #85? That's a travesty! Shoulda been at least top 20.

Caddyshack at #2? I think not.

Do you think it should ahve been #1? Because that's the only legit argument for it not being at #2, IMO.

And, the biggest travesty of the list: No "Fletch," but "40-Year Old Virgin" is at #30.

Also, "Rushmore" is the only Wes Anderson movie? "Tanenbaums" should have been on there at least...and, I know it's not everyone's favorite, but I loved "Life Aquatic."

tenenbaums was a drama, imo. bottle rocket is funnier than rushmore, although a bit rudimentary. seriously, though, what the hell is mrs. doubtfire doing on that list, let alone before holy grail?

I watched most of this and was tempted to throw my shoe at the TV several times. Anchorman being #100 was only the start. Bravo sucks.

Credibility....slipping...

Sorry but 9 to 5 was about 55 times funnier than Anchorman.

Who says a movie needs to intentionally be funny to be a great comedy?? Top Gun is easily a Top 5 comedy. That Volleyball scene is an absolute piece of Cinematic Genius.
