If a longer discussion, he probably wasted 5 minutes there. After a secretary for the Cardinals typed up the letter to the NFL he probably wasted at least 5 seconds signing the letter. Hell, if he read the letter, that could have been 5 more minutes. 10 minutes, the difference between a championship and 5-11 (or worse).
