the first one is always the hardest. Now that he got his first big return in, i see alot of improvement coming from him because he now has the confidence of doing it at this level. It reminds of when Ted Ginn finally got his first one at OSU.He the went on to set the record.

Wow how important was his return for a TD. Special teams was very good. At the end of the game when we puted I thought we should have tried a FG. BUt coach said punt and they ended up on their 10. Big , big play!

He looked so skinny that he seemed to turn sideways and slide thru the traffic.....but man when he got into the open that bird has some long strides.

For the first time ever I get excited instead of sick when our special teams unit comes out. When the other team punts I expect either a Morey block or a Breaston return for a big gain.

I am still afraid of crazy crap happening, fumbles and the like, but I agree that the squad is exciting.

Funny thing, my Direct TV reciever reset at about the point Pittsburg had the 2nd down, it rebooted for some damn odd reason, I almost left to go upstairs but thought, eh I'll just check out the score on the puter.

When I logged in I saw 14-7 and had a heart attack, I assumed Pittsburg ran down and scored on us, then I did a double take and saw we scored on a punt return and at that moment I knew we were going to win and that this team wasn't the old Cardinals.

The Greatest thing about Breaston is the way he runs. He is head back, get to the endzone. The Cardinal on his helmet looks like its cutting the wind. Great great stuff. Keep it up young man. Keep that S*** up!!!

The guy has acceleration we haven't seen from a returner in a long time.

When he gets some room he is dangerous. I wouldn't have minded seeing him at receiver for some plays today.

Its sneaky acceleration too. He seems like he's slow, but his legs are so long. He flies past people once he sees open space. I love him.

His WR skills still need refining but I'd like to see him on some end-arounds.

I think he just needs confindence. As a rookie, plays like he made today will go a long way as far as developing a swagger. he can be a real tool. He has size and speed that can go a long way in this league.

That was a blast.

I stood up on my seat, before that second return, and started yelling, "Hey, Breaston! THERE'S the endzone! (Pointing) Run north-and-south and you might get a touchdown!" Then, when he actually busted it, I went nuts.

Finally, after all these years, a player actually listened to me! :D

He always looks upfield...that's what I love about him. Yes, he might go east/west sometimes, but his eyes are ALWAYS looking north/south. Plus, he's got a ridiculously long stride.

He's made to return kicks. That's what we drafted for...scoring TDs and breaking off good returns.

Nice, huh? First PR for TD since 1993!!!

I'm so accustomed to the bad thing happening to us, I actually cringed when they were going to rekick... special teams scares me to no end. He broke it, and I'm watching the game on Tivo and I woke up the whole house!

I hope we don't use JJ Arrington from here on. Did he even play today?

People have criticized his receiving skills but he wasn't know as a receiver in college either, this guy is a return specialist in the Devin Hester mold, this is the first of many to come for this guy.

He doesn't have the freakish speed of a Hester, but he could be very very good. He also had a couple of pretty good kickoff returns. We've struggled to make plays in our punt returns for a LOOONNGGG time. It was great to see a big one at a key moment.
