Although CC Sabathia remained perfect with the Milwaukee Brewers, it didn't come easy. The big left-hander threw seven solid innings but had to pitch out of trouble numerous times as the Brewers won their eighth straight game with a 7-1 victory over the San Diego Padres on Wednesday night. Sabathia (7-0) has been sensational in eight starts since being acquired from Cleveland in a trade on July 7.
