Great first film (disappointing book), and eagerly anticipating the second installment (although I heard the second book was even worse).

OMG

I just got back from seeing this. LOVED IT!

This movie was 10x as funny as the last one. It was kind of predictable in certain parts, but it's definitely ok. I am buying this once it comes on DVD, no doubt!

BRIDGET JONES IS MY IDOL.

Renee Zelweger looks a lot better when she's doing the Bridget Jones thing than when she's ultra skinny. She just doesn't look all that great when she's a toothpick.

I agree - it's so weird to see really skinny pics of her, then see her in Bridget Jones. She looks more womanly when she has on some weight - plus her boobs look fantastic in this movie. Not like I really look for those things, but you gotta appreciate good boobs when you see them. Anyway, I think I'm preaching to the chior now so I will stop talking now, thanks.

I couldn't find a picture of her in a black dress from the first movie, but here is a small pic of it. I think she looks much healthier in the second pic.

Assface, Thirty-Two, I compLETEly agree. She looks like a crack ***** when she's so skinny. The only thing she looked good in other than Bridget Jones was Empire Records, when she was in-between. And she looked REAL good in that!

You know what's funny? We always hear about how much pressure women are under to be as thing as possible but myself and most guys I know don't like that. I have very few friends who actually like the rail thing girls.

It was on TBS last night, started watching it, then hubby came home and we had some stuff we needed to discuss, so I turned it off. What I did see, it was really good! I hate only seeing part of a movie! I will have to rent it still. 4 day weekend! I should hopefully have a chance to see it!

Ok CQ is a lovely lady and I like her a lot this is not pointed to her.

But to all married men out there, when you read this did you feel a pain in your heart for the husband and whisper a quiet prayer or protection.

;) :D

Do you think I WANTED to turn off a chick flick? Hell no! I would have rather kept my ass on the couch cuddled under a blanket, drinking my bottle of Mikes, watching BJD! But HE had some stuff that we needed to talk about! So

Alright CQ, As a husband I could point out ht eproblems with that, like the man wanting to talk? :nono: Lets reconstruct what really happened...

You were snuggled under the blanket watching a movie. Meanwhile in the back of your head you were thinging, "Wow this is great, a good movie, a good drink and that bastard forgot to take out the garbage last night so I get hours of entertainment yelling at him!"

Sonn as he opens the door you pounce from under the blanket and charge the door saying "We need to talk!" :talk:

The husband being taken by  he has no immediate exit strategy and is surrounded immediately. Then you berate him like an 8 year old till he started

btw I do not know this from personal experience!!!! :D :(
