You couldn't be more wrong! It's more like this:

I'm sitting there, starting to feel nice and relaxed after already downing one bottle of Mikes, enjoying this chick flick.

Hubby comes in the front door, I say hi, he says hi. I don't move. He sees I'm watching a movie and goes to the kitchen to put what's left of his lunch away. I keep sitting on the couch like a bum.

He then glances towards me in the living room, looks all sad , and walks to the bedroom. I continue to watch the movie for another 5 minutes when I see our bedroom light go out. So I get up to go see what's wrong.

Come to find out, he had different plans for the evening other than watching a chick flick and falling fast asleep.

Well just another night without Suns and I decided to enter this area of board - I really don't watch movies or Tv much I stick with sports (yes I'm weird) BUT...

I did see the 1st movie and I liked it... the problem is other than finding her more attractive in that movie and good call that other movie as well (forgot what it was named again)... I don't even remember what it was about

I do remember telling my mom, after I watched it, I liked it (she is movie, Tv show freak) and tries to always get me to watch movies etc.

I do think my mom asked me to watch it because I liked her in that SHOW ME THE MONEY movie with Tom Cruise


Well being I don't watch a lot of movies and I'm not too sure what to say on this board - there was a movie I liked a lot as kid... I got it on DVD now but I just am into sports soo much... does anybody like the older movie: Excalibur?

I haven't watched it in years but I always really liked that movie and Star Wars, Shrek would be a newer movie I enjoyed 4 or 5 times

Saw this a while ago, and boy was I disappointed. Much of the movie was just a ripoff of the first one, and the jokes are far less funny when rehashed in different writing. Some of it was so outrageous as to defy a wilfull suspension of disbelief, unlike the first flick. There were some good moments, but others just showed that this was a money-making venture, and little more.

Nah, I mean blatant ripoff, we-know-it's-not-good-but-there's-people-who'll-lap-it-up stuff. Not regulated to cheesy sequels, but it fits the bill especially here. Nothing fresh; quite stale, actually.

Granted, it had a few truly good moments like the first one, but the rest was just like, 'yeah, right, okaaaaay...you guys really made something new here '

And I fall into that category above, obviously, so I was fooled just like the rest of the public...only I work at a movie theater, so it was free

The sequel (and acting in general) has had a nice effect on Hugh Grant and Renee Zellwegger...they're both taking voluntary breaks from making films.

Bought the dvd today - the extra features are pretty cool - some good deleted scenes. I havent checked out the commentary yet, but I know there's one on there.
