Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has not yet completed the NFL protocol for returning from a concussion, but coach Mike Zimmer expects him to start Sunday at Oakland. Bridgewater practiced Friday and Zimmer says he has ''no doubt'' he would be ready to play. Barr practiced on Friday for the first time all week and wore a soft cast on his left hand.
