Linebacker for the Falcons. Tore his abdomen and had to retire so he decided to wrestle since he was good at being a big muscley guy.

Wrestler Lex Luger played college football for the Miami Hurricanes but was kicked off the team for being too rough.

The Rock (Duane Johnson) won a national championship with the 'Canes as a DE.

I saw this clip of him totally blast Charlie Ward with a sack...probably the only good play he ever made

This turned into the saddest thread in the world. Bring a guy in because he is good in the WWF? WTF?

No.

Because he was a national champion wrestler in college.

Cause he runs a 4.6 40.

Cause he is 6'4" and 295 lbs of ripped muscle

Cause he is an athelete.

Because he is quick as a cat, has a bad attitude, and because his atheletic potential alone makes him better than any DL guy we had last year.

BTW - Everyone at this point KNOWS WWE is not a sport. It is a show. BUT let me see you do it. Furthermore let me see an all pro do it. I did a little Indy wrestling in the Philly area. And I tell you you got to be tough as nails, and in good shape to do it. Even if it is fake.

So give it a rest with WWE being filled with non-atheletes. If your so sure go ask the guy with the cheesey name "Undertaker" how fake, and "easy" play fighting for money is.

The NFL is the most highly demanding sport there is. You can't just plug in a prowrestler and expect him to do well!!! Oh well, nevermind... :bhiich:

Yeah cause wrestlers don't wrestle 3 times a week for 52 weeks. And get thrown through tables, hit with steel chairs, punched, bent, battered, and pounded on.

They don't lift for 4 hours a day, and of course are not atheletes, eventhough the current roster has 7 National Champion Wrestlers, 4 ex-pro football players, 2 black belt martial artists, and 1 man who won 2 gold medals for the the USA with a broken neck.

I mean wrestler have no clue what a demanding physical job is......

Research before you talk.
