The teams for the London game keep getting worse. Now a game where BOTH participants didn't make the playoffs.

They better get Elway and Montana over there to help sell it.

Oh man, they are sending west coast teams over the pond? Ouch! I hate the 49'ers but I don't know if I would wish this on them. OK, yes I do.

EOT, how bad is the travel from West US to UK? I understand it is easier to fly east to west vs. the other way. Hopefully we play them the following week.

Ugh - London is 8 hours ahead of us. Remember that when you wake up tomorrow at 8am - it's 4 pm in London. It's killer.

Mileage wise, it is 5,361 miles on a straight line from SFO to Heathrow at a 32 degree heading, which takes you north over Northern Canada and Greenland and comes in from the north into London.

It's still twice as long as going from Miami to Seattle. No thanks.

ah its not too bad. As long as you are flying direct, as soon as you have to add in transfers it becomes a long day of flying and waiting mind you. Flying back (to England) is worse imo, maybe thats becasue you are going back to work or whatever but its deffo harder to get your sleep back on track.

Every time a team has played here the next week has always been their bye week so i doubt we get them off a short one.

I would love to see the Cards here as a road team to be honest. As a home team i never want to see us lose a game at UoP even if it means i miss out seeing them play. I am guessing that as we gave up the game for Mexico we are down this list for home teams (if this think is going in rotation that is).

They maybe a second game called in the nest couple of weeks too by the way.

As much as I hate the 9ers and Broncos, no team should be forced to play that far from home unless both have a bye week the following week.. It can mess up for schedule for weeks. Sometimes money is just not that important.

We could also play the Broncos right after as well, and remember...we have never beaten Denver.

I hate the whole games outside the US thing! I get that it's being done for business purposes, I still don't like it!
