What would be surprising would be BA firing one of his coaches. Should happen but won't.

And no blame thrown Elway's way. He's supposed to be this QB guru but who has he brought in since Manning retired:
Trevor Siemian
Paxton Lynch
Brock Osweiller

When you supply your trainer with a stable full of 3 legged horses, you can't blame him when they fail to finish in the money.

Elway is the one that made this call...he doesn't waste time. Joseph might be next at the end of the year. Elway is a very dominant GM.

So, don't blame Arians, blame Keim.

And look who has gotten their team a Superbowl berth AND ring in this past decade...

In terms of QB's, we don't need a GM who's a "game manager." We need a "game changer."

There is a significant difference in the culture and expectations set between Denver and Arizona. Arizona has always looked to try and be respectable and competitive. That is what is deemed as success. Denver has a titles culture. If you aren't winning them, it isn't good enough.

Yup. And THAT needs to change. And soon.

No excuses when u name Osweiller your starting qb

And they knew to cut their losses as soon as it was clear that he wasn't taking the Broncos anywhere.

In the meantime, we're at season 4 with Drew frickin' Stanton and the ghost of Carson Palmer with no plans in sight for drafting a QB that we won't cut before the season starts.

JMHO but I don't think we would be 4-6 with David Johnson and Palmer in the lineup.

That's a huge assumption, considering that it would have required our poorly constructed and poorly-prepared O-line to have ALLOWED either to last this far. We already have half the answer in regards to what actually happened to CP.

I flat out don't care who your OC is your not winning with Those QBs, no O-Line and no running game. Sorry it's just not happening.

This is Elway passing the buck and pointing fingers. He flat out called them soft. In my opnion its Elway who comes away looking bad

Yes and no, he knows he messed up with the QB and O-line, but he knows too that the coaching staff is underachieving too. So he sends a message to the coaches and the team.

Well, at the end of the year he will sign a new HC and draft a QB. And with some luck he has a winner. If not, he seems to be a person that is ready to burry someone else under his dirt ... so we will see.

Actually, blame BOTH of them.

And Elway is and has always been a whining idiot (I was at the Broncos/Giants Superbowl, cheering every time LT smashed Elway, who spent most of his sideline time pointing fingers and screaming at everyone but himself... what a douche).

It is definitely which is your cup of tea. Do you prefer Elway making moves, and then making moves to correct after they have not worked (head coach, OC, Paxton Lynch) or do you prefer Keim standing pat once the moves don't work letting the situation play out. I don't know that one is right and one is wrong, but definitely a completely different dynamic.

Wow. Gotta throw someone under the bus when your QB carousel is a disaster, your O line is horrible, and your RBs are mediocre at best. Who could succeed with that roster? Hard to believe Musgrave will do any better.

Who knows about Paxton Lynch. He seems to be in the protected witness program.
