The Denver Broncos brought in Indiana offensive lineman Trey Wedig for a pre-draft visit earlier this month, according to The Draft Network's Ryan Fowler.

Wedig (6-7, 319 pounds) started his college career at Wisconsin before transferring to Indiana ahead of the 2024 season. A versatile lineman, Wedig spent time at right tackle, right guard and left guard with the Badgers, appearing in 45 games between his time at Wisconsin and Indiana.

Fowler noted that Wedig allowed two sacks and one quarterback hit on 421 pass protection snaps last fall. He is now projected as a late-round or undrafted free agent prospect.

The Broncos do not currently hold a seventh-round daft pick this year, but they do have a trio of selections in the sixth round. The team is probably considering Wedig as a UDFA candidate to help fill out the 90-man offseason roster following the draft.

The 2025 NFL draft will be held in Wisconsin from April 24-26.
