Browns offer to Andrew Hawkins includes guarantee that's >3 times Bengals' tender of $1.45M. Bengals source tells me unlikely CIN matches

Nate Burlesson said it best on NFL Network......they had their homegrown guys and they weren't winning. Now they bring in really good players with a winning mentality to come in and do their thing.....maybe turn things around.

I think you said this exact same thing last year. Just sayin' ;)

How can anyone tell what's going to happen with the Cardinals? Nothing concerning them is ever normal.

For example: The consensus was that Adrian Wilson was a better run defender than pass defender. So he gets released and the Cards run D ranking gets better and the pass D ranking gets worse.

You gotta love Cardinal football.

I completely agree. That is why letting Dansby go may or may not cause us to take a step back. We have no idea. There are still 1200 free agents out there and 500 players ready to be drafted Heck, that person may be on the roster. To say he D will take a step backwards at this point is a little pre-mature IMHO.

Why would signing a bunch of FA's mean "fans" should be optimistic about the browns?

History says CLE will be CLE again.

What does "will be better at QB" even mean? Weren't the Cards supposed to be better with Kevin Kolb?

 Please don't bring up history when discussing NFL football teams.
