The Cleveland Browns now own only eight picks in the 2025 NFL draft instead of 10 after a minor draft day trade with the Houston Texans.

In this trade, the Browns packaged up two of their four sixth round picks and their seventh round pick in this year's draft in exchange for pick No. 166 in round five and a 2027 fifth round pick from the Texans. The Browns did not previously own a fifth round pick, so they have added another fringe-top-150 pick to their arsenal for this weekend.
