Are they scheduled play SF this time next year? Just kidding. Would he be willing to put his annual salary on the line? I love his optimism but why make such a bold prediction? I hope it happens but really unnecessary statement.

I believe that this is the attitude that BA wants to impart on the team - every year, you suit up and play with the expectation of playing in that season's Superbowl. You will never have a championship team if your goal is anything less.

I feel like he talks a little too much. I get that he's super confident and everything but some of it goes overboard.

The talk makes me very uncomfortable, to be honest. I didn't like his trashing of the Rams and felt it was a superfluous display of hubris. Interestingly---his team turned very soft on him after that (0-3), especially on defense.

You can bet the Rams will using BA's remarks for motivation---as will the 49ers now that BA has proclaimed the Cardinals will be dressing in their locker room.

BA would say good bring them on---but as of right now I think the Rams and 49ers and Seahawks have more tough, hard-nosed players than the Cardinals currently do and until the Cardinals get tougher there is no use pee-ing anyone off.

I think too that BA runs a soft offense---he hasn't coached up a smash-mouth mentality up front or in his RBs. So, for him to talk tough does not feel right.

I agree on all of this.

BA talks too much. I said it. When times get hard, as they inevitably, always do, he'll look like an idiot. He talks like Buddy Ryan quite frankly. Wish he would just shut up and win.

And frankly, I think all his talk is why he was never made a head coach before now.

Love the dude, but man, **** and just play ball. I'm not a fan of talk.

Does the 49ers new stadium have 3 locker rooms like the University of Phoenix stadium?

Love BA and his attitude! He's got confidence in his team and himself. You can say what you want as long as you can back it up!

We dont need Buddy Ryan. This is time for Arians to be a quiet spectator like the rest of us. The timing is awful it comes off as whiny and unrealistic. It takes a lot of good breaks that cant be predicted to make it. Other HCs dont make these boasts.

I'm starting to feel Bruce channeling some Whiz here.

I know it does take a lot of moxie to win in the NFL but come on.

Nothing has changed in the world, America, anywhere really since the days of Johnny Unitas who said and I quote, "Talk is cheap. Lets go play".

Every year the goal is the same but having a goal is not achieving a goal and only losers talk out their ass.
