The 7th Player Award is voted by the fans and is given to the player who exceeded expectations most during the season.

Seeing Geekie win the 7th Player Award is not surprising in the slightest. The 26-year-old forward was one of the Bruins' rare bright spots from their disastrous 2024-25 season and put together an excellent campaign in the process.

In 76 games this season with the Bruins, Geekie has set new career highs with 32 goals, 24 assists, and 56 points. With numbers like these, the 2017 third-round pick blossomed into an incredibly important player on the Bruins' roster.

Geekie's season started off on the wrong foot, as he had just four points in his first 18 games and was scratched multiple times at the beginning of the campaign. However, he undoubtedly bounced back in a big way as the season rolled on and had a career year in the process. With this, he has certainly earned this 7th Player Award win.
