The Bucks play at the Suns tonight with a 7 PM Arizona start night. Eric Bledsoe will out at least a week as previously noted in another thread. Gerald Green will replace him. I like Green better coming off the bench than starting. IMO, it messes with the rotation the Suns had established.

Larry Sanders will be back for the Bucks. He is one of those type players I wish the Suns had on their roster to play the 4-5 position. Per a Paul Coro at azcentral dated 1-4-14, here are tonight's starting lineups.

Bucks (7-25) at Suns (19-12) … 7 p.m. Phoenix tip time

C: Larry Sanders … Miles Plumlee

PF: Ersan Ilysasova … Channing Frye

SF: Giannis Antetokounmpo … P.J. Tucker

PG/SG: Luke Ridnour … Gerald Green

PG: Brandon Knight … Eric Bledsoe

Key Bucks injuries: John Henson (left ankle sprain).

Key Bucks reserves: Khris Middleton, Caron Butler, O.J. Mayo, Gary Neal, Miroslav Raduljica.

I'm really liking Sanders and Antetokounmpo of the Bucks.

Antetokounmpo, who just turned 19, is 6'10 1/4" and still growing. This young man should have a bright future.

Frye and Tucker are the Suns offense early.

Dragic has decided to push the pedal to the metal in the second half.

Anyone else see the irony of us trading Caron to the Bucks as a favor to him

He was fantastic tonight. I didn't know he had it in him. I can just imagine how much he could help us if he could become a threat to shoot from mid-range and beyond.

It's a shame Ish is such a terrible shooter. His on-court decisions are usually very good and he's much better than Bledsoe at probing the seams of the defense and finding open guys.

I almost feel bad for him. He probably looked at the Suns as a complete disaster and didn't want to end his career like that. So, he requests to be traded back home to a Bucks team that was thought to be pretty decent going into the season.

How's that working out? Ouch.

Plus, a glance at one of his teammates suggests that OJ Mayo's been stealing his lunch for awhile now.

Well, he IS named after a sandwich ingredient. Poor Mayo. Remember when he wasn't interested in coming to the Suns and chose the Mavs. Now look at him.
