Actually leaving the corner three is part of monty’s game plan by necessity - those defenders are needed to build the wall and team rebound. Weakside corner threes shouldn’t be SO open though.Monty isn't leaving their shooters open for 3's in the corner on every possession.

But it’s on Monty to put players in that won’t quit on D. He didn’t do that.I'm blaming the personnel who quit playing D in the 2nd quarter.
