Mock drafts are flowing like water at this point in the process for folks around the NFL and within the media. Someone are starting to project new players to various teams after free agency, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

For Jason Licht and the Bucs, this latest mock draft gives them a pick that may get some groans from Bucs fans but it is right within the general manager's wheelhouse. Marcus Mosher of The 33rd Team has the team selecting defensive project Mykel Williams out of Georgia.

Mosher explains his potentially controversial pick of Williams, writing, "Mykel Williams could easily make the top 12, as multiple teams are searching for a player with his size and length. However, average testing numbers at his pro day and lackluster college production caused him to fall to the Buccaneers at No. 19. He needs a lot of development, but Todd Bowles should be able to turn him into a Pro Bowl player by the end of his rookie contract."

Mykel Williams has looked the part at times during the latest college football season. But he has equally been frustrating and left even Georgia fans pulling their hair out. The Bucs and Jason Licht seem to love projects at the edge rusher position and perhaps the signing of HaasoN Reddick has them taking that route once again.
