And most of the young guns haven’t reached the potential they flashed early in their careers.

I think the confluence of those two factors is why the league is so down this year. It thrives with great QB play. Right now, there’s not a whole lot of that. At least not consistently.

Yeah - I looked it up and have never seen Brady play live. I have family coming into town for the Holidays and unless we have some huge turnaround would probably have skipped the X-Mas Night game if it wasn't for the fact that I've never seen Brady play live. Now he just needs to stay healthy/not retire before then.

For those curious, 2004 is the last time he played against the Cards in Arizona. The Pats came here opening week of 2016 but he was suspended (Jimmy G's first start where they upset us).

This game all of a sudden doesn't look as daunting as it once did. My goodness, if we're not eliminated by then, this might actually be a battle for the postseason for BOTH teams! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! LMAO!!!
