The 2025 NFL Draft is right around the corner and the is is ironically a corner who the Bucs need to be targeting when it comes to the three days of the draft. The team has some young pieces in place, but they need more to round out the group and to get things squared up for the long-haul.

In 2024, the team was injured a lot, and their secondary proved to be weak as a result. That could be changing with an upcoming visit with a certain draft prospect.

Justin Melo of The Draft Network reported that the Bucs have a top-30 visit scheduled with top slot cornerback Jacob Parrish. The Kansas State Wildcat has shown to be equally reliable in both man coverage and zone coverage. That type of dual-threat ability in the secondary is valuable for the Bucs as their secondary gets a new look in 2025.

With shifting pieces like Tykee Smith going from cornerback to safety and the amount of injuries we saw in 2024, the Bucs would be lucky to land Jacob Parrish on day two of the draft.

.@KStateFB CB Jacob Parrish
finished top four among CBs in the 40 (4.35), vertical (37.5"), broad (10'9). 21 PBUs + 5 INTs in 23-24.

30 visits: Patriots + Buccaneers.
Formals: 49ers + Falcons.

Appreciate @JacobP102 for joining me on @TheDraftNetwork:https://t.co/jp1WJNrbUL
