Yeah and bummed and surprised. I hope he sneaks onto the PS. I get that he was taking bad angles and missing tackles during the preseason but he did come from a small division and was also hitting people like a truck.

Very surprised and bummed that Marquis Christian was cut, hope they can sneak him on the PS. He struggled with taking the proper angles in space but I think he just needed to get use to the speed of the NFL and he hit like a truck.

Just read on PFT talk, some of BA's parting words to Canaday were "Grow the hell up...it's nothing but between the ears."

How about---the GM and the HC coach of a team that supposedly is "All or Nothing" signing or trading for a LS with NFL experience? They didn't even bring one to camp.
Those were BAs quotes in his presser. I doubt he actually said that to him direct...

Well if he said them to the media then he had better said them to Canadays face.

They couldn't find a new holder for the kicker and have to cut a draft pick because of it? This is the epitome of stupid.

Urban said in his chat yesterday that it's a comfort thing for Cat as to why Butler is holding while hurt.

Who trades for a long snapper Mitch? I've never heard of it.

Btw here is the article on their long snapper search earlier this year.

yeah....because we all know it is "all between the ears" for catman too....anything gets in his head and he is going to start missing everything outside of 20 yards.

Kickers are probably the most superstitious of any other position. I'm sure you know that already though. ;)

If a team has 2 good LS in pre-season and you are in need of one and are 30th in waiver claim order, you could make a 7th round conditional trade.

When the Cardinals were adamant about going with 2 UCFAs from small schools the first thing I thought of was whether either one of them could snap under pressure in an NFL game---it was a wild risk from BA&SK to think otherwise and it backfired badly. So, go ahead BA tell the kid to grow up---make sure he gets the message, loud and clear.

So once again I have to state that EVERY LS at some point was a rookie. Why can't we find a rookie LS that doesn't suck? Finding a vet means that he was cut for a ROOKIE.

Wow...LA Rams claimed him off waivers.

And that might go down as the biggest waste of a 5th round pick ever. I know AZ thought they could sneak him onto the practice squad, but thats the gamble you take.

Yep - good job front office - way to waste another pick instead of putting, oh I don't know, Olson Pierre on the PS

Jesus Christ, at least release the players that haven't done jacks*** since they've been here.

Well Christian has never seen the field so I guess he fits that description.

If you are at the bottom of the Roster you are always in danger of getting cut.

I just think he has a lot of potential, but who knows? Maybe he'll end up getting cut from LA as well.

It just BOTHERS me seeing players that have provided no positive impact on the main roster at all. Stinson, Butler, Simon(as a STer, I won't mind, but I hope he never sees the field as a CB), & Brandon Williams(Not even using hindsight cause of the NE game, I think it was an atrocious pick to begin with.)

It boggles my mind that the beat reporters treat the fans like sh&& when we have legitimate questions. They probably get bombarded with tweets all day, but they should take special consideration for people from ASFN, since we collectively talk about these topics in a much more analytical way than the casual fan.
jurecki is always pretty good to me when I speak with him. I dont see anything wrong with this tweet, hes just saying he already knows and there is no reason to camp outside the facility.

So what this amounts to is the Cardinals gave up a 5th rounder for... a temporary placeholder?? Not to mention losing said 5th rounder to a division rival.

They gave up less to get freaking Carson Palmer. Have these guys lost their damn minds?

So we have a holder in walking boot still on the roster
And 21 years old safety 5th round pick waived to keep the injured holder

Something should be explained
