Calling out Hayes

I'm calling out Hayes so the guy can rise up and call out other players when they do stupid stuff...penalties, late hits. This defense needs a leader with a level head. Wilson has had his share of stupid hits and a lot of calls on him which where not warranted but the guy is in the secondary. This team needs a leader in the teeth of the D close to the line. Traditionally, that usually falls to a LB it seems. Hayes needs to rise up and become one, I don't know if Berry can be that guy anymore and one can't look to Dansby when he is not on the field and does not know his future with the team yet. I think Hayes should be the quiet force that keeps this reckless energetic defefnse in check. If a leader where to step up, this defense would be a lot better.

Good point - we haven't heard too much from Hayes lately.
