He is signed and they said he could start Sunday. He is now vaxxed and doesn't have to wait to play.

Hahaha. Just what we needed! A rejuvenated panthers team who will be pumped behind his return... oh well, good teams handle these moments....and if we are who we think we are, then we absolutely will!

For that money, he is starting Sunday.

Seems like a nice little coincidence too with his success against the Cards and a little kick in the pants to this team to get something stirring.. we gotta set the tone early Sunday!

Yea that’s a oretty big payday for only 8 games left
I actually really like Cam (outside of when he beat the Cards). However, if they plan on trotting him out there with no real practice, a brutal Oline and very limited understanding of the offense then they are not scoring more than two FGs at most.

Even though it was a loss, Cam was 9/18 for 84 yards & 2 int in Pats game last season. He is also joining team that just lost starting LT & Center last week. D going to feast if Panthers crazy enough to start him after 1 practice

I can believe he's in shape he probably kept himself in shape for this very reason, but he hasn't played or practiced in months so you would assume he'll be rusty

He has been a Cardinal killer over the years, including terrorizing us in 2015 NFC Championship game:

This could go at least two ways:

1. Cam will find some magic to win one for the CAR faithful. It's the feel good story of the week.

2. The Cardinals will exorcise some old ghosts, and knock around a former superstar.

Honestly if he starts they are in trouble. I can see him playing and running some RPO with MCM. Which could give some issues. But he hasn’t been hit in a year. The NFL isn’t that easy and he may bring a spark but the 49ers last week are a better team then Carolina. And we beat them fairly easily. We are really good and really good teams won these games. We are 1 play from 9-0. It’s not like we are 4-5 and needing this win to stay alive. We are an elite team l

He doesn’t have to do much but manage the game. If Panthers are smart they’ll copy GB game plan and rush McCaffrey and Hubbard all day long mixed with designed runs by Cam.

Our run defense has improved since that game. Peters has been a factor

The problem is that this is not the offense Cam ran in Carolina. Every offense has its own terminology. Even if Cam just repeated the call coming into his helmet, Cam wouldn’t know what they were running. He wouldn’t know receiver routes. Some terms are somewhat universal, but there would be total confusion.

He don't want this work. I'm a firm believer that he will look like a chicken with it's head cut off if he starts.
