KM doesn't have 1M per year to spare right now. He is still on his rookie deal.

Frankly I would be worried if he spent that much right now.

Doesn't look like a guy addicted to the luxury life so I think he can save some to care about his body, BTW he is still young, 9 years younger then Wilson, he can think about investing that money when he is close to the 30

All accounts is that he is taken care of his body. He just doesn't need to spend 1M per year to do it. So weird that we are trying to spend our athlete's paychecks these days as well...

Didn't we just have a thread about K1 working out too much in off-season as possible reason for his accuracy issues o_O
Lifting weights and taking care of your body long term aren’t really the same.

Agreed. Now let's talk about you removing the tear from your avatar. I think it's time but we could put up a poll and let the board decide. :)

I have a high profile client that spends a lot of money on his body, and he is just an entertainer. When I’m at his house, he’s always asking me to do his ice bath/sauna routine, serves me turmeric latte, and the finest Japanese foods. And btw, he is friends with K1 (they’re fans of each other). Kyler takes exceptional care of himself.

People here seemingly thinking $1m a year spent on the tools of your trade when you earn $20-$35m is a lot. How much do you think Carpenters spend on tools as a proportion of their much smaller earnings?

Especially when Russell Wilson has never missed a single game. Which increases his value and makes him more money.

Seems like a sound investment.

Its really about the longevity stuff that TB12 pretty much started. He has shown you can be really good for a long time if you start taking this stuff seriously early on.

Kyler takes good care of himself, but TB and now Russel I would say are on a different level. I respect the dedication it takes, and quite honestly doing a lot of things that might have minimal results (but all together add up into a lot).

I remember watching James Harrison on hard knocks getting 3X the normal amount of accupunture, every week, because it helped him recover.

Whatever works for these guys, they should go for it. They are playing a sport that destroys your body over time, so if a guy like Kyler starts into the longevity stuff at 25...there is no reason he could play 20 years.
