Was the Titans offense anything special this season?

Get McDaniels and call it a day. Give him whatever he wants. He runs a great offensive, he has championship pedigree and comes from the Belichick tree. Every HC hire is a dice roll to some extent, and just because a HC fails or succeeds at one org doesn't mean the same holds true somewhere else, but JMD is the closest thing to a sure thing AND has a lot of the attributes we want and need.

The Belichick tree hasn’t produced anybody that I can recall.

After what McDaniels pulled last year I wouldn’t trust him.

I thought I might be able to figure out the Cardinals coaching search by tracking Bidwills plane but he is too smart for that, damn it.

okay: who would Keim advocate for?

he likes to draft guys with tools and tons of upside; is willing to overlook a lack of experience or production He is willing to take a risk to get an outsized return.

I think that points to Kliff

If Keim hires Kliff he has hit degenerate status... Putting his last 20 bucks on a 50 to 1 horse.

Keim has no more good will left in the tank. You would think he would go for someone who even if they aren't a total success has some credibility to but themselves an extra season or two.

McCarthy - Browns or Jets
Arians - TB
Munchak - Denver (probably Kubiak as OC)

That leaves 5 still available

Arizona
Browns or Jets
Cincy
Miami
Green Bay (Josh McDaniels?) He knows how to work with a HOF QB

Adam Gase most likely to Cardinals or Jets (if they don't get McCarthy)
