Any guys play the computer football simulation, Action PC Football out there?

I play in an APC retro football simulation league with about 25 other guys playing the 1969 and 1979 seasons and we'd like to find someone who loved the old Cards like Jim Hart, Larry Wilson, Roger Wehrli, Larry Stallings, Mel Gray, Otis Anderson, etc to take an interest and try us out and of course coach the Cardinals!

Our games are played over the internet against another person. Each coach calls their own plays and the computer software determines the play outcome by using the player's ratings and statistics along with each coaches play call. Your play calls and personnel determine whether you win or lose. It's kind of like Strat-o-matic or APBA if you have ever heard of either of those games except this is a computer program. The game is all strategy and not arcade like and much more realistic than Madden. The stats reproduced are very close to how players performed in real life.

It really is a blast reliving these old seasons and it will test your coaching ability. I've been in our league since we started with the 1970 season in 2004 and I've had a great experience.
Our league is called ARAIG if you'd like to google it and we use Action PC Football software.

It is a fun game and is very intuitive and it feels like you're coaching football. If you have any questions, let me know. Email me at apbaball AT yahoo DOT com if interested.

Thanks,

I suppose for those of you who don't have Action! PC Football a little more information would help. The game focuses on accuracy and realism not graphics. The result is a game that is well thought out and very realistic that makes you feel like a head coach as opposed to playing an arcade game. As a result it is the market leader in text-based statistical football sims. I can't post a link here, but could send you a link if you email me at apbaball AT yahoo DOT com
The league is a lot of fun and we could really use someone who was a Cardinal fan from the Hart and Lomax eras.
