Cardinal Free Agents - who should we keep, let go?

This is from the USA today, with their idea of who is important.
Just putting this in to spark discussion.



FREE AGENT UPDATE

Unrestricted free agents:

—G Adam Haayer (decent depth player, moderate priority).

—LB Gerald Hayes (potential 2006 starter at middle linebacker, high priority).

—RB J.R. Redmond (missed the year to injury but valuable third-down back, moderate priority).

— RB James Jackson (No. 3 back, moderate priority).

—QB Josh McCown (potential starter or No. 2, but may not be in plans).

—QB Kurt Warner (potential starter, has disturbing pattern of injuries and will be coming back from season-ending MCL sprain, high priority).

—FB Obafemi Ayanbadejo (starter who is good receiver, fair blocker, moderate priority).

—FS Quentin Harris (backup but young talent worth developing, moderate priority).

—CB Raymond Walls (decent backup at area of shortage, moderate priority).

—WR/KR Reggie Swinton (expendable).

—CB Robert Tate (decent backup who can start in a pinch, moderate priority).

—DT Ross Kolodziej (good backup, moderate priority).

—DT Russell Davis (starter but a bit undersized, high priority).

—DE Antonio Cochran (expendable).

—C Billy Conaty (expendable).

—FB Harold Morrow (expendable).

—T Ian Allen (expendable).

—WR/PR J.J. Moses (expendable).

—DE R-Kal Truluck (expendable).

—FB Jarrod Baxter (expendable).

Restricted free agents:

—DT Kenny King (a stud when healthy who could move back into the lineup, but has history of wrist problems, high priority).

—G Reggie Wells (two-year starter but not a world-beater, moderate priority).

—TE Teyo Johnson (expendable).

—DT Langston Moore (was in rotation when sidelined by injury for season, moderate priority).

Restricted free agents:

—TE Teyo Johnson (expendable).

Hayes is a RFA.

Teyo is not a RFA for us.

Several of those guys are already gone. T. Johnson, Baxter, and Moses, to name three.

That can't even be said about King with any confidence. 11 games total in 2003 and he hasn't played since.

King - has had the wrist problems for three seasons. I do not know why he'd be a high priority, unless he signed for a very fair contract! He's a nice guy, but, would not expend much of a bonus. I see a 1, maybe 2 year contract.

He is a RFA. He will get a low tender of 656k for one year with no bonus.
