2. Charles Godfrey, CB, Iowa.

3. Heath Benedict, OT/G, Newberry

4. Bruce Davis OLB/DE, UCLA

5. Brian Johnston, DE, Gardner-Webb

6.Mike Dragosavich, P, North DakotaState

7. Cory Lynch, FS, Appalachian State, Lynch has started since his Freshman year and has recorded 24 interceptions and 6 blocked kicks. He's also a nightmare for the opposing team's special-teams coordinator.

Anybody that thinks Charles will last until the 3rd round, or for that fact , our 2nd pick (50th) is sadly mistaken.
I also doubt that Cromartie will last until our second pick.

Charles being around in the 3rd Round is not too far fetched, although I admit that he is indeed a 1st/2nd round talent.

Yeah, Cromartie being around at pick # 50 is unlikely since his performance at the Senior Bowl, but that's my dream scenario.

Whomever we pick in the first 3 rounds, I think is a lock for us to pick up DE/LB to fit the 3-4, a CB, and a RB.

Charles could easily fall outside of the 2nd round IMO as could a few other decent RB's. Especially with the other RB's he will be fighting it out with, McFadden, Stewart, Mendenhall, Rice, Jones, Johnson, Smith. That and being the copy cat league that it is, teams saw the success of the UDFA RB's this season in GB and NYC. Teams may opt for more OL up front and wait for RB's. That and the usually run on CB's, WR's, and after the Giants Win and being copy cat league and all, DL and pass rushing LB's.
