Yeah I never got the pick but watching the kid play he looks like he has no clue what hes' doing. I get the raw athlete pick but not in the 2nd round.

I hope I'm wrong but I don't think he's good enough but he was picked too high they won't cut him

No doubt he won't get cut. Like we couldn't have used an edge rusher in Rd 2:bang:

Yeah he might be a player in a couple of years but you don't use a 2nd round pick on a converted LB who might be able to help you in 2 years at TE.

Weird pick from the get go but then I wasn't particularly high on most of our picks this year(I like Bucannon) so maybe I'm just not seeing it.

He seems to have absolutely no idea how to play TE

I was concerned about his explosiveness as well. I liked Pryor mucho better...2 bad the Jets got him a few picks earlier

having picked Buc I figured we weren't taking Pryor. But there were 3 RB's, Hill, Hyde and Sankey who all went after Niklas, any of them could have helped us tag team with Ellington.

I guess TE's often take longer and he hasn't played it that long so I'll give him some time but he seems to have very little instinct for the position

Hate seeing these injuries, especially for the guys on the bubble for trying to make the team. No matter what team it's on.

Isn't Pryor a DB?

That would mean we would have picked back to back DB's?

I preferred Pryor over Bucannon as a player in Rd 1. Jets took him a few picks earlier. In fact I think the Cards would've taken Pryor or Shazier over Buc.

Totally agree on the Hyde pick. That could come back to haunt us in 2 ways
