Do the Cards have a fight song? I was watching something on NFL films and fans were singing their teams fight songs which got me to thinking if the Cards had one. If someone knows i would love to see what it is.

"THE CARDINALS ARE CHARGING"
THE CARDINALS ARE CHARGING
LET'S CHEER THEM ON THEIR WAY
LET'S SHOUT OUT WITH ALL OUR MIGHT
WE'LL SHOW 'EM HOW A TEAM CAN FIGHT
FOR VICTORY AND GLORY
WILL MAKE OUR JOY SUPREME
THE PRIDE OF ARIZONA
OUR ARIZONA CARDINAL TEAM
From Seth Goldberg's website. He's hardcore.

Does it have a melody, or rythm. What about the music !
"We've Got the Funk" (George Clinton)
I second that.
Talk about the best song to start a party up. Imagine singing something to that tune after every TD.
Awesome!

I always thought the Cardinals fight song was "Fat Bottomed Girls."
Wow, that's too bad. I grew up in Dallas, and some of my fondest memories are of Ray prowling the stands with that faucet sticking out of his hat. You sure couldn't miss him.Side note: a sad thing happened this weekend with the passing of Crazy Ray...
I always thought the Cardinals fight song was "Fat Bottomed Girls."
I used to visit all the very gay places
Those come what may places
Where one relaxes on the axis of the wheel of life
To get the feel of life...
From jazz and cocktails.
The girls I knew had sad and sullen gray faces
With distingue traces
That used to be there, you could see where they'd been washed away
By too many thru the day...
Twelve o'clock tales.
Then you came along with your siren song
To tempt me to madness,
I thought for a while that your poignant smile was tinged with the sadness
Of a great love for me.
Ah! yes, I was wrong...
Again, I was wrong.
Life is lonely again,
And only last year everything seemed so sure.
Now life is awful again,
A troughful of hearts could only be a bore.
A week in Paris will ease the bite of it,
All I care is to smile in spite of it.
I'll forget you, I will
While yet you are still
Burning inside my brain.
Romance is mush,
Stifling those who strive.
I'll live a Lush Life in some small dive...
And there I'll be, while I rot with the rest
Of those whose lives are lonely, too.
More like "Heartbreaker" by Pat Benatar.
Ring of fire - Johnny Cash
A verse goes something like this:
I fell in to a burning ring of fire
I went down,down,down
and the flames went higher.
And it burns,burns,burns
the ring of fire.
The ring of fire.
Just put we instead of I and I think this pretty much sums up how our fight song goes.
What would be awesome (and a bit frightening to our opponents) might be something out of ELP's Tarkus or Karn Evil. The Cards fight song is just begging for a rock -n- roll remake. I'll lay down the bass track...
