Big Deal I think you are spot on. Get rid of our best OL?? We already have the worst Ol in the NFL and now want to make it even worse? Our management team must be clearly nuts. Trade him for another player of equal value yes but for some future draft pick???? This is why we are consistently one of the worst teams in the NFL. They guy will end up an all pro guard IMHO for someone.
He has struggled at OT but he is still our best player on the line. Move him inside where he can improve let Wells take on the faster outside guys.

LD is not being moved to guard either now or in the future wherever he ends up playing. Why would he voluntarily give up millions this offseason by showcasing himself as a guard instead of a tackle?

If Davis is worried about the money he could make at guard, just have him take a gander at Steve Hutchinson's contract.

If he can be as good as you all "think" he can, at guard, then the money will be there.

I think that's just it - he can't be as good as we all think and a mediocre LT is going to make a HELL OF A LOT more money than a mediocre G.

who with me on who really cares if davis is traded or released. move him to gaurd when he being paid like a tackle. if you are hired to play tackle then you better play like you are a tackle. obviously he not playing like a tackle. the cardinals think it is time to move on, so let us move on. if the cardinals are just wanting to unload him for practically nothing then it can be done. i am sure someone will give a 6th or 7th round pick for him. so i am not so sure how true these reports are.
