St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Lance Lynn has left his team's spring training game against Miami with a left hip flexor strain. Lynn departed after the first three batters reached base in the second inning Sunday. He'll be reevaluated Monday to determine extent of injury, the Cardinals said. Making his first start of spring training, Lynn retired the side in order in the first inning.
