It's clearly casual betters listening to all the media hype and
making stupid bets that's driving this line.

You cant even say the 'smart money' is on the Eagles here because a real 'sports better' would never bet on or against the Cardinals because of inconsistency. The 'smart money' is staying away from this game altogether I guarantee it.
