Every power ranking has the Cards at 32....every one of them....this is two weeks in a row

previously they'd been 25 and 28...ugh...guess the media was right saying they're bad.

Wondering how many weeks Mike B can take it.

#32 and rightly so. I saw progress last Sunday and hope for more, this week.
+1

Fortunately, there's plenty of opportunity for them to move up into the middle of the pack - or even higher if the LB's can get their act together.

Key issue looking fwd: Can our underachievers be coached up to improve significantly? Or are we stuck with what we've got.

They’ve earned it!

Terrible defense

Terrible coaching

Terrible offense that might increase to solid if the QB keeps playing well

We have had much less talent and disastrous injuries in SDS and we were never 0-4. The staff will be fired after game 16

Yeah i think im speaking without a bias when i say theres got to be at least 5 teams with less talent than the Cards - minimum...

This is sad. We’re discussing if the Cardinals are the worst team in the NFL or just the 27th worst team.

I'm going to say Buffalo and mayyybe the Skins. How bad is that, that we lost to one of those teams. Othere than that, I believe we deserve to be where we are.

I doubt the staff will be fired in their first year. Looking at the offense, I see that Sam Bradford was a large part of the problem. What I saw in game 3 and game 4 is that McCoy can design plays that work and he is starting to get more knowledge of how to use these players. He has made mistakes but seems to be improving.
Steve Wilkes is making some mistakes, but expecting his kicker to make a 45 yard field goal is not one of them, The mistake was not taking more time off the clock before making the kick. Trying for an additional first down would have made more sense to me.
I have more issues with the defense. The run defense has been bad and does not seem to be getting any better. This team does not seem to have the linebackers that Wilkes and the DC need for the defense they want to run. Also, the DL seems to be getting pushed around pretty easily.

Well, even the defense showed some life, I thought. Especially on third down. How often on here have we griped about the big chunks of yards or the first downs or tds given up on third down?

Offense, whether because of the new rookie qb, or better play calling by the OC looked/played a lot better to me. Especially if you take away the first two series to start the second half (need better half time adjustments?).

I hope that the team shows marked improvement in the O, D and ST this week, and comes away with a W.
