Hopefully he can bring something to the situation at RB. I am not sure the is going to solve the problem of running the ball between the tackles. He was more of a 3rd down, pass blocking, pass catching back last I saw him play.

Go team!

He played QB in high school and was the emergency QB for the Bears. They brought him in to back up Stanton!!! :D

I didn't realize he was unsigned, worth a flier. He's a big boy, could be a solid compliment to Andre if he actually gets some snaps.

It's worth a shot for a team that lacks that big physical back. I guess we will find out soon enough if he has anything left.

You sure you're talking about Michael Bush and not Reggie Bush?? Micheal Bush, for as long as I can remember, was more of a big/heavy situation RB. Decent hands but definitely not a situational 3rd down back... He's played his entire career above 240 lbs! Definitely an athletic 240, but nonetheless, a 240 pounder...

Yup, believe he was with the Raiders at one time and so far our Raider connection with players has been sweet... I like the signing!

would much rather have claimed Blount off waivers. Bush has been done for a couple years. but at least it's someone.

He's definitely the type of back that we need. Compares physically to Blount, but far more wear & tear. I'm pretty sure Michael came out of Louisville. Looked like he might have a nice NFL career, but I seem to remember him breaking his leg badly. I still like this move, because he's built to take a beating that Ellington isn't.

They ran him between the tackles in Chicago.
