Okay. He’s cheap, I hope. He’s fast and very athletic generally. He was a decent college player, but has never shown NFL ability. My guess is the league is simply too physical. He struggles to beat press coverage. Oddly his athletic ability does not translate to pass pattern smooth breaks. He also gets a little panicky when approaching the sideline and struggles to get both feet in. The final concern is he likes to body catch.
On the plus side if he can get loose at the line and can beat press coverage, he has the speed to spread the field. His hands are decent. The bottom line is simple, if he can toughen up he might be situationally useful. I guess Elijah Moore just wants too much money or doesn’t like AZ.
