Darren Urban, of the East Valley Tribune, reports the Arizona Cardinals still have a chance to sign free-agent OL Mike Gandy (Bills), according to an NFL source.

Darren Urban, of the East Valley Tribune, reports former Arizona Cardinals head coach Dennis Green told ESPNews his dismissal had minimal effect on him. "I wasn't as disappointed as a lot of people think because we didn't play like we thought we would play. We left five games on the table that we should have won in the 2006 season, (and) we did the exact same thing in 2005 and 2004. My frustration level was very high," Green said. Green had not thought about getting back into coach. He is currently working on a DVD about fishing across the United State and is working as a public speaker.

I saw that interview. Heck, has 2.5 million reasons not to be distressed over his firing.

Of course we're still in the "hunt" for Gandy. He hasn't visited any other team.

Gandy adds depth, not quality depth. He's a body not much more.
