I love Swearinger this defense needs a little crazy in it.

I just don't get why Swearinger played so well in one of his first games, and never saw the field the next and few after.. Just didn't make sense.

Thought he lost reps to a returning Rashad Johnson

The biggest knock against Swearinger is he is undisciplined when he plays. If the Cardinals could get him to play within the context of the defense I believe he could be a big contributor to the defense.

Swearinger was a ball hawk. I like that dude. Seems like they should have kept him in there more down the stretch than RJ.

Agreed.

But, lack of tackling skill does the same. #RashadJohnson

I'm not sure who was comparing the two, but yes, poor tackling does as well. I'm am completely ok with moving off both Swearinger and Johnson as neither are what I would want in a S. Between the two, I would choose Johnson.

So does a lack of pass rush.

Ok, but they are two different issues. Several things cause big plays, but in terms of Swearinger, it was his lack of discipline that kept him from playing more. I'm always more comfortable with issues due to a lack of athleticism vs a lack of focus or discipline.
