In that video I like his hips, his hustle, and his never quit attitude. Looks like he's not afraid to stick his nose in there and hit somebody either. Looked to have at least some ball skills, played with good technique, and positioning.

Too bad that video is 2.5 years old.

He's better than Brooks and the price was right. Nobody has too many corners. This guy once looked the part, sometimes with CBs it's just a matter of confidence. If you recall DRC had that issue but overcame it. The Cards will have great people around him that might be enough.

From the video he looks like he could be a standout special teamer. I think we need one of those

Ya so, you think he forgot how to play the game?

that's what it looked like the last two years apparently.

I do like that he flashed talent as a rookie. Hopefully our secondary/coaches gets him back to that point.

above anything else, this quote from Arians just got me SUPER-JACKED:

“The guys who are going to play next Sunday night (against the Patriots), I have all the confidence in the world in them.”

NEXT SUNDAY NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love this pick up. He has to be better than most rookies who take a couple years to learn. His size will really help nearest the goal line against those usual mismatches we have. Great trade, if you call it that. Of course, I am one that thinks 7th round picks are worth exactly zilch!

I understand that. As harry stated sometimes a change of scenery will do wonders, also it's possible he thought he had made it and didn't have to work at his craft. New coaches and almost being cut just may be what the Dr ordered.

I just can't see this as a negative as they say "nothing ventured... nothing gained." It could only cost us a 7th round pick and that is if he works out. If not they cut him and owe nothing.

Desir is so talented that the Browns just cut him.

That's an awful basis for opinion. "This team cut him, therefore he must be awful".

32 teams passed on Tom Brady for 6 rounds. He must be a scrub project QB.

You know who else got cut? Marcus Cooper. The CB we just traded for. His rookie year from the 49ers. Got picked up by the Chiefs and did terrifically.
