Cards Add 8 to Practice Squad

Guess the cards didn't like him at all. Crazy how well he played and couldn't even make the cards practice squad.

Mystifying. Capi was the only OLB I saw this pre-season stay at home (and not take the bait) on misdirection plays. Never once did I see him lose contain (a Cardinals' consistent flaw) and he not only squeezed the edge he came off blocks and assisted on the tackles. His dip and rip move on sacks was textbook. It make me wonder whether they didn't like his personality. Whenever BA or SK was asked about him their responses were measured and a cause to rave about Kareem Martin. It just seemed like no matter what he did, he was never going to win over the coaches or the GM.

There's also a good possibility that the Cards put Cap on the 53 when they cut Wile for Lee and IR Logan. Guess we'll see!

Anyone know what vet OLBs are available out there?

I don't recall any big name pass rushers being cut.

Honestly, I think cap was good enough to make the 53, but whatever, he's moved in and so will I.

I watch a bunch of Pac 12...Gwachum is a good athlete, but was an undersized DE who was very raw. Probably a dart throw, but he has athleticism.

Awesome...He gets paid by the Giants, but when the Cards come calling he can come back to the active roster.

What we think doesn't matter...31 other teams could have also added him to active roster, but he ended up on the Giants PS. I think every team ends up with a fan favorite in the preseason and for whatever reason that player never makes it, or it just takes a long time to achieve success...Look at James Harrison.
