With Byron Leftwich being let go, QB Josh Rosen will be on his third offensive coordinator one year into his NFL career.

Weinfuss should realize that the next OC/HC we hire is likely to be Rosen's first legitimate NFL OC.

Who cares about what number he is on when it was clear the other two weren't anything close to being up to the task. Missing the forest from the trees.

You can fire everyone but a major overhaul of the roster needs to take place. Replace entire OL except Cole, get better ILBs than Bucanon & Reddick as ARZ is going back to 3-4 if new coaching staff knows what’s good for them, maybe Hodges should be retained as he thrived in SF’s 3-4 defense. Find a couple of more reliable receivers and a #2 CB. Need another OLB on other side of Jones as I think Golden is gone. ARZ needs to follow NE model of building for depth so that they don’t end up with AFL type players starting when your starters go down with injuries.
