Here's my take on it, the only way I endorse the Cards using this is if Warner is standing on the sideline when we do it. I am amazed after essentially a year of NFL teams doing this that a DC hasn't yet instructed his CB if that QB lines up at WR, you take his head off. I'm not talking an illegal blow or a cheap shot, just have your CB come up and drill the QB. If you notice Miami now frequently takes Henne out when they do it because Pennington is out for the year and they can't afford to lose Henne as well.

If the Cards line Warner up at WR to run that offense they're insane, all it takes is one good hit to shake Kurt up and it can change our offense for the whole game if not whole season.

I can't believe there's not one Buddy Ryan type DC out there that says look if they want to do that fine, but their QB isn't protected by the rules when he's lined up outside so we're going to knock him down everytime they do that until they either stop it, or take the QB out.

I hate the idea of a QB on the field when you are running the wildcat. I feel like this gives the defense one player not to worry about...I would like to see one pass from Boldin out of the wildcat though...

I'd like to see Rolle back there instead of Boldin.

I'd like to see us run the ball in a standard formation, no draw, many times in many games before getting tricky with the freaking pahokeecat.

Ditto....I don't know if the Cardinals have adopted this system known as "running the ball." I believe it is foreign to them.

Looks to me after every game that they drafted Wells as an overpaid decoy. Well, it's not working. You're not going to fool any defense unless you start averaging 25+ carries/game.

I'm with you Donald------No need to get gimmicky here. Just mix the run in with our passing O, and let them guess what's coming. That could go far to keeing KW on his feet. Not so much fun to bullrush when you run right past the ball carrier on his way to positive yardage. (I'm not saying run, run, run--------just enough to bring some balance to our Offensive Attack.) Keep'em guessing.

Haley is long gone. No more "unpredictable" plays now, boys.

How quick you forget all the trickery plays Whiz called back in Pittsburgh with Randel El... I think Boldin could be good.. But I agree we have to at least run the ball sometimes... It seems everytime we try a trick play it blows up. But I am sure Whiz has some tricks as this year continues..

not just that, but the amazing flea-flicker we ran against Philly in the NFC Championship game was actually done by Whiz a few years earlier with Roethelisberger. Whiz is and always has been in control of the offense.

Before you go missing too much Haley, how are his Chiefs doing this year? ;)
