Why does it seem like whenever we bring in a FA that fills a need for us, that guy gets injured & misses a considerable amount of time....

Let's look at the track record here:

Starks
Grutts
Kendall
Rob Moore (had 5 solid seasons, bit still got bit by the curse)

Plus we are cursed with injuries to our draft picks:
Wadsworth
KVB
Knight
Hearst
Big Davis
Clement
Gramatica

etc

Someone - we need to lift the curse. Anyone know a voodoo princess?

Beware moving stick figures they are powerful and they are on our side!!!!!

:lmao:

We can live with Hill and Barrett not the best option but it's about our onlly option. The team is just not going to sign someone and mortgage the future outside of Bailey there isn't even someone worth trading for that we could get and they are never going to pay that kind of bonus money so we are stuck with what we have or Ray Crocket.

If it comes down to it I'd start Hill over Crocket anyway.

I'm not so sure about that. Seems like these injuries have happened since these creepy little stick figures were introduced. Maybe these stick figures are really like Gremlins - cute on the outside but truly evil on the inside. Could they be the source of the curse????????

I'd hate for you to have to change it from those little red x's.

Am I the only one that isn't seeing SweetD's sig?

I KNOW HOW TO END THE CURSE!

Fire who every is in charge of keeping the players in shape during the offseason. Fire the fitness coach, and the trainer.

And drop that stupid rule that the Cardinals have that allows off-season training to be optional.

THAT is why this team has so many injuries. You work out, you stay flexiable, and you stay in shape. You won't get hurt.

Proven over and over and over and over and over and over again!

Peace:thumbup:

That's not necessarily true about ligament damage though. That's more like a rope that is getting stretched and fraying until it finally snaps. Working out can even accelerate the process. Stronger leg muscles though would help the knee from getting too much wobble easing strain on the knee. Generally though, I don't think you can indefinitely postpone ligament damage by working out more.

We just didn't know how to use them correctly. They are very powerful and must be repected. No light, No water and No eating after midnight.

Wow, I guess that just means I'm better than the rest of you. Don't worry, maybe someday you can be way cool like me.
