Not true at all. Starting this year all teams draft pick orders will be determined by where they finish in the playoffs.

If we are picking 23 it means that we lose in the wild card, as well as Baltimore and the Jets. We will pick 21 if they win and we lose. If we win then we won't pick before 25.
