Gannon was on the NFL network with Patrick Claybon and Baldy right after his presser.

Has he inspired me to be a team player I spent 20 minutes recording it and uploading it to Youtube for your viewing pleasure.

Lots of Kyler stuff

Seems to me that Gannon has a lot of the same qualities as DeMeco Ryans. Both got boned in the 2nd half to lose to the Chiefs too.

Im impressed. However, lets remember that the guy he worked under had an awful press intro (Sirianni). Doesnt mean much in the long run. However, I like that he has a plan.

Also I like that he disagreed with Monti and admitted (hopefully not saying it anymore in the press obviously)

I think Kliff was too agreeable with Keim. Not pushing back against some of Keim's plans ultimately got him canned imo. Now maybe it wouldn't have mattered with Keim though. Still its good to have a healthy back and forth on the direction of the team.

Great answer in regard to how the Eagles helped Jalen Hurts get better.

Very impressed. Super intelligent and well spoken. Didn't start a single answer with "No Doubt".

You can feel the confidence he has in himself.

I also liked (or at least, didn't notice) that he didn't start any answers with "So...".

Also didn't notice the usual cliches like "At the end of the day...", or "...low-hanging fruit..."

:p

More importantly, I thought it increased the chances of drafting Anderson or Carter instead of trading back.
I believe his evaluation of our roster and free agency will play a larger role in that. If we can acquire picks in other ways, it will be less tempting to pass on a top player. Also matters if Monti thinks he is the smartest guy in the room. I really believe Monti is going to get a legit offer for #3 and we will see what he does when faced with that choice.

Thanks for posting that

He sounds like he's going to be open to teaching and adapting the players to get the best out of them

Big key for him and this team is getting KM to learn to read a defense

When he talked about unscripted practices I liked that it will force KM to learn

Also coach make sure to teach him not to carry the football like a loaf of bread

KM needs to put in the work to get to the next level

Hopefully this coach with his enthusiasm can get through to him

Lots of talk at this point, but it's good talk

We'll have to wait and see how this all plays out
