Yeah I know. Hopkins’ contract has been hard to sell. Cards don‘t want to invest money to make it happen. At least they’d get something. They would figure to be targeting a specific player, so this deal would happen when someone’s on the clock.

I feel they would want to move up to take Avila and start him at C if Johnson is going to play G. ARZ also needs a couple of CB's and a pass rusher.

You'd think if teams are that hesitant to pay him, his gripe about AZ $$$ kind of looks silly. Maybe he doesn't go.

Guys on teams might love him. Other teams are surely interested... but apparently, as of now, not too interested.
