Looks like the D has checked it in after a solid afternoon.

More frustrated. He's got to get the ball sooner in his routes.

I still say less enthused more than frustrated, though I suspect one is a product of the other. He'll be playing for hte Vikes before long, no doubt.

Seattle gonna get one of those they didn't necessarily earn, but were given.

Things tend to even out during the course of the season.

Everytime this defense NEEDS a stop, they blow it. Toler misses the tackle on Forsett to seal the game, not that it wasn't already over.

He is just ready for a change of scenery. Graves has not done anything to try and get the team to the next level. Taking step backwards is hard to get enthused about.

Toler lets Forsett break his tackle. Seattle was playing for only 3, now they'll kill a couple more minutes at least. I was giving us a .05 chance to win until that play.:bang:

If we had any kind of offense, we would have won this game. But it is what it is

Tend to agree. I wouldn't be feeling all that great if I were a Seahawks fan. It's always nice to get a win, but they didn't play fabulously.

Of course, the same could be said about our Oakland game.

Nothing would surprise me, but the Vikings aren't exactly set at QB either. There's a reason they keep begging Favre to come out of retirement.

Not impressed with Seattle..... Even less impressed with us.

What a craptastic afternoon.

The Saints loss at home to the Browns really makes us look worse as well.

True, but they could make a move during the off season or pick someone up in the draft. Larry likes Minnesota. If you're gonna play for a mediocre team, might as well be in a city you love and miss.

NOpe watching on the internet.

I mean when it comes time to make a stop to keep a chance at winning, they don't get the stop. 2 long FG drives when they needed a quick stop. And then that last drive they have them stopped, Dockett personal foul, have them stopped again, Toler can't tackle Forsett ballgame.

We lost because of the offense, but when the defense had a chance to get the ball back, they couldn't stop them.

True I guess the argument is we can get a QB that way too. If Larry really did want out, the Cards better get a hell of a deal from Minnesota, like multiple picks or Sidney Rice and a first rounder, something like that.

I hope we keep him but I realize he's got to see we have a QB .

This is the whole thing in a nutshell. The guy who I think played worst of a group of candidates? Hightower. His fumble crushed the momentum at the critical point in the game. Not that that was the key factor in the loss. He's a seasoned pro. Hall, Roberts, etc. are "hangers-on".

Roberts has to be cut and if we're going to salvage this season we need to go out and get another QB as soon as we can. Anyone would be better then what we have. I wondered aloud or the last few weeks "how bad would it have to get to put DA back in the game"...we found out.

In a critical division game, Hightowers fumble led to a 10 point swing. Who knows what happens if that doesn't happen.

I'm not saying make a trade. I'm saying he's gone once his contract expires.

That might matter if I didn't think they weren't better at the most important position on the field...QB. We're in deeeeeeeeep deeeeeeeeeeeeeep trouble Jersey Girl.

Well, yeah, there IS that sticking point, lol. :(

I hate that we have to rely on other teams in the division losing to help our place in the standings since we are just not that good.
